Never had a problem with Libertyvps.net offshore VPS hosting, except a server glitch, which they took care of within 40 minutes of my notifying them.
Have had great experience with these guys. I've had numerous others in the past, only for them to cause hours of work with every change they made to their systems.

Go ahead and give Rockhoster.com a try. Their control panel makes it very easy to navigate everything for someone who doesn't know too much about the intricate workings of webhosts and servers. They also offer great tools, easy to use with intuitive video training available.

Do not compromise what had been planned about for the web site just to meet the level of what can just be offered with the cheap web hosting package.

So far Tzulo.com have been an exceptional host. They are fast, great customer service.
It is one of the rare web hosting providers that are not overselling their resources - great PLUS for them. Recommended!

What’s your hosting budget?

Within 1.5 hours of purchasing hosting with canspace.ca , my site was up and ready to go!

It is my 3rd month with hostingsource.com cheap hosting. I haven't had a single problem. Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable.
Four other sites I tried kept crashing, but this one has been great! Help via AOL IM, almost instantaneous, no problems.

Highly recommend Exmasters.com web hosting service. When I contact their support, they answered very fast and offered me a perfect fit for running of my website. and must say that the price was really cheap. They are offering Double RAM or HD space with any VPS or dedicated plan (using code "dbram" or "dbhdd").
