Which VPS should I have a deal with - owned-networks.net (https://www.owned-networks.net/virtual.html) or hostsailor.com (https://hostsailor.com/vps-hosting/)?

I've always been frustrated by hosting in the past. Not with Rockhoster.com (https://rockhoster.com/) and Allwebhost.com (https://allwebhost.com/) providers.
These guys are simply amazing. I can't possibly rave about them more.
