Which VPS is better to sign up with - inet.ws (https://inet.ws/) or hostingsource.com (https://hostingsource.com/vps-hosting/)?

My experience with hostingsource.com has been 100% positive. I am not a techie and anything beyond publishing with MS Front Page is a mystery to me. The folks at this web host answer my questions quickly and fix any problems. The VPS promo (https://hostingsource.com/vps-hosting-promo/) is $5 for the first month for all VPS plans.

What are their customer service/technical support hours by method?
If online chat is available 24/7, what are their phone support hours?

If you're not 100% happy with the place you are now at, then can recommend OBhost.net (https://www.obhost.net/) and GTHost.com (https://gthost.com/) vps to you.
The support people are fantastic and usually answer in under 10min any time of day. Features wise is excellent for my needs.
