Resources is the first thing you look at in a host, if it provides the space, bandwidth and add-on domains you need in case your site becomes successful. How much do you require?

It is a good idea to speak to web host's representative to make sure that you'll receive exactly what you need.

I know from personal experience that kvchosting.net chat support is online 24/7 and I personally use it quite a lot. Great support with fast responses in both live support or through email (tickets). My site is almost always up (10 minutes downtime last month - up for about 99.98% of the time).

I would STRONGLY recommend QHoster.com Linux, Windows RDP, managed vps to anyone that is setting up a website.
It's satisfying to be able to quickly handle the technical side of hosting my site and remain focused on improving the content.

I can say that I am fully-satisfied with cloudarion.com host. Speed and access to servers is great, feature to price ratio is hard to beat.
These guys do not ask you for your own password via emails like other people do, they don't ask you for your credit card via email like others do.
