Servers from legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/dedicated-servers/) and hostsailor.com (https://hostsailor.com/dedicated-servers/) are really attractive for me and I am in two minds which one is better to sign up with? What do you think?

Hostsailor.com will work fine for your needs.
They've also helped me with SSL certificates and URL rewriting via e-mail, always responding within ten minutes.
Overall, they deserve the highest recommendation I can give.
